Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the characteristics of administrators in secondary schools in the New Normal era and 2) To compare the characteristics of administrators in secondary schools in the New Normal era. The sample is Administrators and teachers in secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Nonthaburi. Number of 322 people by stratified random sampling according to the size of the school. The research tool was 5-level questionnaire. created by the researcher There was an IOC content validity between 0.67-1.0. and reliability alpha Cronbach of 0.97. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA).
The results showed that.
1) The characteristics of administrators in secondary schools in the New Normal era, both in overall and in each of the 5 aspects, were at high levels. In order from the highest average is vision utilization of information technology Strategic Management Communication and human relations and lastly is the aspect of inspiration. 2) The results of comparing the opinion levels of respondents Classified by position, it was found that administrators and teachers The overall picture and each aspect are different. Classified by educational qualifications, it was found that overall and each aspect were not different. But when classified by work experience, it was found that teachers with different work experience. have opinions on the characteristics of the executives Overall and each aspect were significantly different at the .01 level. And when classified by school size, it was found that administrators and teachers working in small, medium, large and extra large schools have opinions on the characteristics of the executives Overall and each aspect were significantly different at the .01 level.
