Abstract

This research aims to study the 21st century learning skills influencing learners achievement in the Constitutional and Political Institutions Course of Mahamakut Buddhist University students, Srilanchang Campus.The target group of the study was 53 students registered in the Constitutional and Political Institutions Course. The research instrument was an estimation questionnaire.The frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were as research statistics.
Research findings were as follows:
The 21st Century Learning Skills Influencing Learners Achievement in the Constitutional and Political Institutions Course of Mahamakut Buddhist University students, Srilanchang Campus were composed of 5 aspects as follows; 1) Analytical thinking skills aspect was found that the highest level was students can analyze problems from the data for decision making (4.05), followed by students can analyze problems from evidence for decision-making (3.6).2) Information and communication technology aspect was found that the highest level was students can define the scope of the required information (3.88), followed by students can choose to use media and information technology to access the desired information efficiently and effectively (3.46). 3) Creativity aspect was found that the highest level was students can present about good political institutions (4.26), followed by students can apply the knowledge gained from studying the constitution and political institutions course to daily life (4.23). 4) Reading Skills aspect was found that the highest level was students can be able to read the constitution (4.37), followed by students can analyze and comment on the section read (4.12). 5) Writing Skills aspect was found that the highest level was students can be able to write a constitution suitable for governing Thailand (3.42), followed by Students will be able to write a good constitution based on academic principles.
