The Guidelines for the Development Desirable Characteristics of the school Administrators in Nong Bua Rawe District network under Chaiyaphum primary educational service area office 3

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the current conditions and the guidelines for the development desired characteristics of the school administrators in Nong Bua Rawe District network under chaiyaphum primary educational service area office 3. The sample groups consisted of 189 administrators and teachers by using the Krejcie and Morgan criteria. The five-rating scale questionnaire was the instrument used. (The reliability at .96). The structured interview was employed to collect qualitative data from 3 experts. Content analysis was used to analyze the data. The quantitative data was analysed by using descriptive statistics: frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that: 1) the current conditions desired characteristics of the school administrators in Nong Bua Rawe District network under chaiyaphum primary educational service area office 3 were at the maximum level in overall and individual aspects. Individual aspects had mean scores from the highest to the lowest in the following order; human relations, academic knowledge and moral and ethical. 2) Guidelines for the development of the school administrators in Nong Bua Rawe District network under chaiyaphum primary educational service area office 3 from the interviews with the 3 experts, the focus was on building confidence, the vision can build a team including. The participation of everyone in the school administration plan, accept the opinions, bringing information in planning and there must be an assessment of the administration each year to be used as information for the school administration in the following years.
