Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) organizational culture level. and the level of school effectiveness according to the opinions of the school administrators and teachers; 2) the relationship between organizational culture and the effectiveness of schools under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, which is a survey research using the method quantitative research (Quantitative Research) The sample groups used in this research were school administrators and teachers in educational institutions. The objectives of this research were to study 1) organizational culture level. and the level of school effectiveness according to the opinions of the school administrators and teachers; 2) the relationship between organizational culture and the effectiveness of schools under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, which is a survey research using the method quantitative research (Quantitative Research) The sample groups used in this resoffice of Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area 1, the sample group was determined using a ready-made table of Krejcie and Morgan and stratified random sampling for 473 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. An opinion scale of 5 levels of estimation. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and Pearson's correlation coefficient. earch were school administrators and teachers in educational institutions. The results of the research showed that 1) the level of teachers' opinions about the organizational culture of the school administrators Overall and every aspect in every aspect is at a high level. In descending order: feeling part of the school beliefs and values 2) the level of teachers' opinions about the effectiveness of the educational
institutions Overall and every aspect in every aspect is at a high level. Sorted from highest to lowest, including problem solving ability in educational institutions. the ability to modify and develop educational institutions the ability to produce students with high academic achievement and the ability to develop students to have a positive attitude and 3) the relationship between Creative leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of schools under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization According to the opinions of teachers, overall There was a high correlation (r = 0.735) and a statistically significant positive.at the .01 level by creative leadership of school administrators The aspect with the highest correlation is The second aspect of having a vision is flexibility. and the side with the lowest correlation is the aspect of having
