Abstract

This research aims to 1) is to study the leadership style of school administrators in schools. 2) to compare the level of leadership of school administrators in schools. and 3) to study the recommendations for the development of leadership behaviors of school administrators in schools Under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Education Area 1. The sample groups used in this study were: teachers and school personnel in Under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Education Area 1 Academic year 2021. Number of 314 people. The study of leadership of school administrators in all 5 areas is Vision, Creativity, Teamwork, Human Relations and in Individualized Consideration
The results of the data analysis of educational leadership style of school administrators in schools Under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Education Area 1. The overall picture is at a high level ( = 3.52, S.D. = .03) When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect that had the most leadership in school administrators in schools was Human Relations ( = 3.58, S.D. = .31) followed by Teamwork (= 3.56, S.D. = .36) Vision and Creativity ( = 3.54, S.D. = .33 and = 3.50, S.D. = .31 and the aspect that had the least leadership of the school administrators in schools were Individualized Consideration ( = 3.44, S.D. = .40) The benefits of doing this research It made me know the level of satisfaction with the Leadership of School Administrators in the Performance of Teachers in Schools. make a suggestion to be used as a guideline for adjusting and developing the behavior of educational institution administrators. The results of this research will be useful for the performance of teachers under their command. Work together effectively to achieve the goals of the school. This is directly beneficial to the administration in the next educational institution.
