Relationship Between The Officials’wor Performance according to Gharāvāsa-Dhamma at Public Prosecution Region 4

Abstract

             The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the officials’ work performance according (2) to study the work performance quality of officials at Public Prosecution Region 4, and (3) to study the relationship between the officials’ work performance according to Gharāvāsa-dhamma at Public Prosecution Region 4 and the work performance quality of officials at Public Prosecution Region 4. and the work performance quality was Person’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.  

             A result of this research was generally in a high level (=3.94). When each aspect was considered, it was in the high level. These aspects were truth (= 4.13), self-command (= 3.92), patient (= 3.91), and sacrifice (= 3.80) in an order. The work performance quality of officials at Public Prosecution Region 4 was generally in the high level (= 3.98). A result of analyzing the relationship between the officials’ work performance according to Gharāvāsa-dhamma at Public Prosecution Region 4 and the work performance quality of officials at Public Prosecution Region 4 was generally positive in the very high level (r = 0.89) with the significance in statistics at 0.05. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the principle of Gharāvāsa-dhamma was the positive relation to the work performance in all aspects.
