MANAGEMENT OF COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE FOR RAISING CRICKETS ACCORDING TO IDDHIPADA IV FOR SELF – SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY

Abstract

    This qualitative research has the objective is to study the background and management of community enterprise for raising crickets according to the influence of Iddhipada IV for community economy. By collecting data from the population and samples A total of 54 people used the specific selection method. From various research tools by survey, observation, interview and group discussion analyze the data and draw conclusions according to the objectives by descriptive analysis.

          The result of the research shows that Cricket Farming Community Enterprise Group Moo 13,14, Ban Hong Hi Village, Yang talat Subdistrict, Yang talat District, Kalasin Province The gathering of 30 villagers in 2013 registered as a large plots community enterprise. Kalasin Province on 25 August 2017 and increased membership respectively until now, with a total of 61 people. Management of community enterprise raising crickets in accordance with the principles of Iddhipada IV for self-sufficiency economy. There are 5 important factors in terms of technology. Economic or occupation, resources, psychological and social and cultural. The above factors are used as a guideline for management according to the power of Iddhipada IV, namely Chantha, Wiriya, Chitta and Wimangsa.
