THE THAI LANGUAGE LEARNING MANAGEMENTPROCESSOF THE SMALL SCHOOL EFFECTINGTO STUDENTSREADING AND WRITING ABILITIES

Abstract
This research is qualitative research and there are research objectives to learn about the educational management process in a small school with the effect on the reading and writing ability of students. Representative sample included one school director, three teaching Thai language teachers in elementary school grade 1-6, and 45 students in elementary school grade 1-6. They were selected by Purposive Sampling. Research Instruments are observation and interview. The data was analyzed by Protocol and descriptive statistics. The findings are as follows :
The learning thai language management process of small schools effect the ability to reading and writing of student were found 6 processes included 1) Educational management plan which school director held a meeting to explain for teachers, commission, and parent to create understanding, jointly set policies in drafting curriculum. Review, create, and improve curriculum to accord with the educational management guidelines. Focus on educational management in accordance with minister of education policies wherewith to be able teach students to read and write when graduation in elementary school. 2) preparation of learning management, teaching Thai language teachers have to learn about school or institute curriculum. To know learning standards and indicators of teaching Thai language, design learning activities, making instructional media and worksheets in accordance with the learning activities. 3) learning management, in step of warm up. Such as : Warm up by using activities, Brain Gym, connecting lessons with speaking. Step of presentation, teachers have to organize learning activities by Child Center Learning both group and individual activity. Step of wrap up, there are 2 types of this step, teachers choose students as correspondents in that class and the teachers will emphasize and summarize about topics which they teach to students. 4) Assessment of Learning Outcomes, teachers are continuously assess about learning outcomes, assess students learning from observing behavior of students, worksheets, parents assess students, and friends assess each other. 5) Upholding quality learning, the school organizes “the elder student teaches the younger” activities to read and write fluently during the lunch break. And there are remedial classes teaching Thai language on every Tuesday from 14.30 to 15.30 pm. And 6) Educational development, the school director supervised the learning management of Thai language teachers in every class for one time a month. Thai language teachers have training for self-development and learning management throughout media development or innovation in learning
