Abstract

This research aims for 1) 1) Study behavior in behavior that affects the performance motivation of the production staff of Asaki International Co., Ltd. 2). Study the condition of employee work the production department of Asaki International Co., Ltd. This research is a quantitative research from the samples used in this study as the production staff of Asaki International Co., Ltd. Bang Kho Laem District, Bangkok of 260 persons collect data from questionnaires and statistical processing, including frequency distribution, percentage value, average, and standard deviation for the comparison result. Use static detection statistics and one-way variance analysis, and analyze the regression of multiple records by analyzing a nested regression. Enter (Multiple Regression) research has found that most of the production staff are females aged between 34 – 41 years old. The status of most respondents has a marital status, and the secondary is a status of not only the most Buddhist and secondary to Islam. Education status Most respondents have a high degree of education at the end of a hypothesis test. The behavior of work that affects the workforce's performance incentives. Asaki International Co., Ltd. is 1) Personal factors affecting the motivation of the manufacturing staff of Asaki International Co., Ltd. 2) Environmental factors affect the motivation of the production staff Asaki International Co., Ltd. 3) The ability to work affects the motivation of the production staff Asaki International Co., Ltd. Working conditions of the production staff  Asaki International Co., Ltd. Is a problem with stress, welfare, and working compensation.
