This research was mixed methods research, the process was divided two steps, step 1 is quantitative research in survey for validity checking of the model in Human Resource Development Model in Thailand 4.0 Era of Armed Forces Development Command Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters and direct effect, indirect effect and total effect between variables model. This research was conducted by collecting data from the sampling about 410 sampling throughDescriptive Statisticsby using frequency, (),standard deviation(S.D.), (C.V.), Skewness (Sk), Kurtosis (Ku), Reliability, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL), step 2, Qualitative Researchby In-dept interview from keys informant 17 persons and focus group 12 persons, to confirm after analyzing data.

  1. studying level of Human Resource in Thailand 4.0 Era of Armed Forces Development Command Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters in overall was high level (= 4.11, S.D.=0.598), considering of each section found that the level was high in all section, averages by Mean (): 1) loyalty, 2) bravery,3) teamwork and 4) professional respectively.

  2. The validity in model of Human Resource Development Model in Thailand 4.0 Era of Armed Forces Development Command Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters found that p-value = 0.073, ()= 79.94, (df) = 63, (/df) = 1.26, (GFI)= 0.98, (AGFI) = 0.95, (CFI) = 1.00, (SRMR)= 0.027, (RMSEA) = 0.026, and (CN) = 466.29showed that the statistics of coherence of model has conformed to the empirical data.

  3. The model of Human Resource Development Model in Thailand 4.0 Era of Armed Forces Development Command Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters found that Adjusted R2 = 0.77therefore the variable of model was human resource and the process of development, moreover, researcher can explained to variance of development by Threefold Training (Tisikkha) = 77%, and Endogenous Variables=0.71 means that the variables of model was Human Resource Development, the process of development, and development by Threefold Training (Tisikkha) showed that Endogenous Variables = 71% respectively.
