The Buddhist Ethics for prevention and resolution of The drug problem of the community in Pueainoi District, KhonKaen Province

Abstract
The aims of this research were 1) To study the state of drug problems of communities in PueaiNoi District 2) To study the principles of Buddhist ethics for the use of corrections and prevention of drug problems in the community in PueaiNoi District 3) to study how to apply Buddhist ethics to solve and prevent drug problems of communities in PueaiNoi District KhonKaen. This documentary research was carried out through data collecting from primary and secondary resources. The obtained data then were analyzed by descriptive analysis method according to the inductive principle.
The research results revealed that the concept of
1) PueaiNoi District KhonKaen Province consists of 4 communities, namely 1) PueaiNoiSubdistrict 2) Sa KaeoSubdistrict 3) Wang MuangSubdistrict and 4) Kham PomSubdistrict Drug Problems .There is an outbreak of drugs in the form of both trade and drug use. Most of them are amphetamines and spirits. The drug network will be traded only in the known groups or within the network. There are more new users. Eaters become traders Drug transporter or retailer The cause of drug addiction comes from 4 reasons: 1) caused by ignorance 2) the cause of being deceived 3) the cause of illness Both physically and mentally. 4) Environment such as bad friends, Living near a community of drug traffickers or having a large number of drug users, etc. The effects of drug addiction are as follows: Impacts on individuals, families, communities, societies and national levels.
2) Buddhist ethics for solving and preventing drug abuse problems in communities in KhonKaen As a result of the group discussion, the 4 communities found that Buddhist ethics for solving and preventing drug problems of their communities Consists of 4 principles, namely (1) causes of ruin (2) Padhàna 4 (3) Vaóóhana-mukhathe 6 (4) channels of growth 4 , and 4) sublime states of mind
3) The method of applying Buddhist ethics to solve and prevent drug problems of communities in PueaiNoi District KhonKaen By applying various activities as follows: ) causes of ruin was organized by activities that encourage people in the community to see the danger of the devilish people such as Activities to enter the camp to learn the punishment of the main drug, Padhàna 4, such as drug prevention campaign activities by organizing training or visiting , Vaóóhana-mukhathe6such as daily temple activities, monks or festivals Encourage people in the temple to maintain the sacrament andsublime states of mind 4 activities such as quitting camps, alcohol, bright life etc.
