The sample, obtained by a stratified random sampling method, included public school teachers who worked in Trirat Relation Network Group schools under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. A total of 144 teachers voluntarily filled out a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, which had the Cronbach's alpha coefficient above 0.70 for each variable. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. The research found two key findings. First, teachers' empowerment directly influenced their views on career progression. Second, there was an indirect relationship between teachers' empowerment and their views on career progression. Such an indirect association was mediated by teacher self-efficacy.
