Development of Teachers Development Program in Learning Management for Enhancing Analytical Thinking under Basic Education Commission

Abstract

This purposes of this research were: 1) to study factors and indicators of teachers’ learning management to enhancing analytical thinking, 2) to study the current and ideal situation of the above-stated learning management. 3) to develop the learning management program for enhancing their analytical thinking and 4) to evaluate the developed program and its implementation. The research was divided into 4 phrases. The results of the research were as follows: Teachers’ learning management for enhancing analytical thinking consisted of 4 factors and 24 indicators. As the whole and each individual factor were at the high level. The ideal situation of teacher’s learning management, as the whole and each individual factor were at the highest level. The development of teachers’ learning management for analytical thinking program was composed of principles, purposes,contents, Model for development, media and resources, and evaluation.The results of the program implementation indicated that It was obvious that the post–test score was far up higher with statistical significance of 0.01.Teachers’ capacity in learning management, after the program implementation, was very high. As for teachers’ satisfaction toward the implementation of the program, Activities involved content and documentation were also rated at the highest.
