Abstract

The study of Applied Human Resources Management Strategies of Small and Medium-sized Hotels in Bangkok for the Next Generation of Small and Medium Enterprise Business Owners which purposes to study in the implement for staff management in the hotel business in Thailand for enterprises (SMEs) and to motivate young entrepreneurs in the realization of the possibilities of management business . This study uses a qualitative research method (Cause and Effect Analysis) collected through interviewing from staffs, managers, owners and who relate to the business. It was found that HR practices are a delicate matter. Thus the allocation of responsibilities should be clearly organized. This should focus on a unity and a develop knowledge of staffs by providing training to employees, so entrepreneurs must be study over time in order to find patterns of the rooms and services for the people who use our services because the needs of users change anytime. You need to manage employees to understand their needs. Knowing the expectations of the customers impress upon the service and understands the cultural patterns of the customers in the region. The present circumstances, businesses are more competitive. Considering the hotel business as services challenges in administration currently, operators of new generation. There is a great opportunity because there are plenty of resources for education and supporting services related to tourism from government departments as well. The hotel business and medium-sized enterprises which are receiving attention growth prospects of the hotel industry also grow a lot more. If a costs control and staff development  are good manage , the staff will also be working with us for a long time for giving morale, enhancing knowledge to staffs and promoting career path. We encourage all employees to drive of our business as well.
