การพัฒนาระบบบริการข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยวและแนะนำกำหนดการท่องเที่ยวด้วยการแสดงผลในลักษณะระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนา ระบบบริการข้อมูลและแนะนำกำหนดการท่องเที่ยว (Tourism Package) พร้อมทั้งเชื่อมโยงเส้นทางแหล่งท่องเที่ยวและแหล่งวิสาหกิจการบริการภายในท้องถิ่น โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ในเขตพื้นที่ใน 4 จังหวัดภาคเหนือ ได้แก่ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ และจังหวัดสุโขทัย โดยระบบ แบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วนคือ ส่วนที่ 1 ระบบจัดการ และบริหารข้อมูลบริการที่พักรองรับการจัดการภายในแหล่งวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (Small - and Medium Enterprises: SME) ซึ่งสามารถส่งข้อมูลรายละเอียดการบริการแบบออนไลน์ มายังส่วนที่ 2 คือ ระบบที่ให้บริการนักท่องเที่ยวโดยตรง สามารถบริการข้อมูล จัดกำหนดการท่องเที่ยวโดยระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (Expert System) คำนวณระยะทาง ประเมินค่าใช้จ่ายหรือค่าน้ำมัน ในการวางแผนเดินทางเบื้องต้น แสดงผลในลักษณะแผนที่ภูมิศาสตร์ (Geographic Information System: GIS) บนเว็บแอพพลิเคชัน (Web Application) ผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต สะดวก รวดเร็วและทั่วถึง โดยจากผลการวิจัยจากการประเมินการตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานและประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานในระบบ พบว่า อยู่ในระหว่างระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 4.87 อีกทั้งงานวิจัยนี้ได้ออกแบบให้สามารถเป็นต้นแบบเพื่อการประยุกต์ใช้ในการขยายผลสู่การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจท่องเที่ยวในชุมชนท้องถิ่นได้เป็นอย่างดี

The Development of a Web-based System on GIS for Tourist Information System and Tourism Packaging

This research aimed to design and develop an on-line system to manage tourism data, accommodation, and packaging to meet the needs of tourists. The research team studied related documents and relevant research data and analysed methodologies, and collected data by interviews with tourists and tourism staff and internet searches. A MySQL database was established of basic information, such as travel routes, hotels, restaurants, souvenir shops, and tourist services in the provinces of Phatchabun, Phitsanulok, Sukothai, and Uttaradit. The design and development of the system involved the use of Web Application (Google maps API with PHP) and support services from the stock information service hotel accommodation directly from Web sites (Real-Time) with Visual Basic. Evaluations of the system by users showed acceptable levels of satisfaction. It is anticipated that this project can be extended to other regions of Thailand providing a nationwide service.
