ภาวะผู้นำเชิงดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษา 3) ความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำเชิงดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้วิจัยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยแบ่งสถานศึกษาออกเป็นชั้น (Strata) จากนั้นจึงสุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในแต่ละสถานศึกษาตามสัดส่วนที่กำหนดไว้ รวมทั้งสิ้น 328 คน เป็นการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-stage Sampling) โดยขั้นที่ 1 สุ่มโรงเรียนจากแต่ละชั้น และขั้นที่ 2 สุ่มหรือเลือกบุคลากรในโรงเรียนนั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากัน 0.87 และได้ใช้สถิติเหล่านี้เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบปกติ ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะเชิงดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมและในแต่ละด้าน ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
3) ความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำเชิงดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนมี สัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมีค่าสหสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อยู่ระหว่าง .662 - 760
