The Impact of School Administrators’ Digital Leadership on the Implementation of the Student Care and Support System in Schools under the Sakon Nakhon Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
This research article aimed to examine: 1) the level of digital leadership among school administrators, 2) the level of implementation of student care and support systems in schools, and 3) the relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and the implementation of student care and support systems. The sample was selected using stratified random sampling, in which schools were divided into strata according to four size categories: small, medium, large, and extra-large. Informants within each school were then randomly selected according to predetermined proportions, yielding a total of 328 participants. This constituted multi-stage sampling, whereby Stage 1 involved randomly selecting schools from each stratum, and Stage 2 involved randomly selecting or designating personnel within those schools. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.87. The following statistics were employed for data analysis: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient, and standard multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1) the overall level of digital leadership among school administrators, as well as each individual dimension, was rated at a high level; 2) the level of implementation of the student care and support system across all dimensions was rated at the highest level; and 3) the relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and the implementation of the student care and support system was positive and high in magnitude, statistically significant at the .01 level, with correlation coefficients ranging from .662 to .760.
