Educational Management Direction and Reshaping of Local Administrative Organizations in Coronavirus Situations (COVID-19)

Educational management is one of the important missions of the local administrative organizations. There was educational form which was formal education, non-formal education, and informal education supporting people to have comprehensively and quality education. The direction of education management of local government organizations according to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2560 was early childhood education management, basic education management, higher education management, non-formal education management, informal education management, and education personnel development promotion as the guideline for cooperation in education management appropriate for local administrative organizations in Thailand which was able to operate in the same way effectively showing the empirical result and community acceptance. The educational personnel should be able to use technology to manage learning, organizations under the jurisdiction should supervise, follow up and assist educators’ learning management in critical situations. There should be organizing the training of information technology equipment for teaching and learning management and learning programs through electronic media for educational personnel to be able to use educational technology to manage teaching and learning. This includes teaching students to use technology to seek knowledge on their own. Educational personnel play an important role in learning management. As educational personnel qualify in learning management, then It will affect the quality of learners. The quality of learners therefore depends mainly on the quality of personnel. However, the direction and adjustment of the education management model of the local administrative organizations has promoted the New Normal Thai education model (New Normal) which will become a new educational management process in Thailand and will become an alternative education model in the future.
