Future Trends for Public Administration Discipline

The field of public administration is constantly evolving especially in this era where there are more dramatic and rapid changes in society and technology. Those changes become the key factors affecting on public policy and public management and having the impact on policy implementation on every level. One of the key questions from scholars in public administration field of study is that “What should be taught in public administration program”. Searching for this answer, scholar should pay attention to the study of public administration trends. This article has the objective to review the trends of public administration topics which has impact on the program content. The author presents the changes and challenges emerging in this era affecting on the public management. Several key aspects of public administration were discussed in order to pinpoint global trends in public administration which are effected from global factors arising from administrative ecology.
