Principle of Management Lessons Learned From the Deportation to the Forest In the Television Drama “SiyaKe Ram”

Abstract

The epic Ramayana of India in the TV series “SiyaKe Ram”was a literature that reflected the all-roundconcepts of religion, tradition, culture, and especially the administration of senior executive. Thislesson learned of principles of managementwas to focus on the deportation to the forest of the male protagonist (Ram) and the female protagonist (Siya). Both of these events causedadifficult to make decisions as executives.The deportation to the forest could be originated the lesson learned of management as follow: Compromise,Yield to Win,Turn Crisis into Opportunity, Self-Sacrifice for Public, Fairness Populace,and Participation.The principle of this management was consistent with the “Four Sublime States of Mind”, which was the principle for executives to prolonging people, including Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy, and Equanimity.
