Abstract

This conceptual paper is on the new concept of the communication and its implication to College of Innovation and Management, Songkhla Rajabhat University in the Special Administration Zone in the South Office. The purpose of this paper is to create a new communications strategy in the educational institution in the area of southern special zone. The new concept of this paper draws the background information which will be useful for the research or any projects which will be held in this area.This new paradigm of communication concept based on the current needs, lifestyle and culture will help future research under the peace to resolve the unrest, conflict and violence that have occurred in the southern border special zone
