Abstract
This study aims 1) to study the current state, the desirable state and need assessment of the operational of the student care and support system for school 2) to develop the procedure of the operational of the student care and support system for school under the secondary educational service area office 22 Nakhon Phanom province. The 357 samples of this study are the school director, head of the student care and support system department and teacher. The samples were selected by the simple random sampling after getting the number from Krejcie and Morgan table. The research instruments are the questionnaire and interview form which referenced by the procedure of the student care and support system of department of mental health, Ministry of Health. The content validity of the current state questionnaire is 0.97 and the desirable state questionnaire is 0.96. This study uses the percentage, mean and standard deviation to analyze the data.
The study found that the current state of the operational of the student care and support system for school is in good in holistic and the desirable state of the operational of the student care and support system for school is in very good The PNI modified and the first priority is knowing students individualy . The operational procedure of the student care and support system for school has five aspects;1) Knowing student 6 procedures 2) Student screening 8 procedures 3) Encouraging and supporting students 13 procedures 4) Preventing and problem solving 10 procedures 5) Forwarding 7 procedures. The assessment of the possibility and suitability of procedure of the operational of the student care and support system for school under the secondary educational service area office 22 Nakhon Phanom province is in maximum
