Development of English Instructional Management base on 2W3P Model by using “ A little Guide” Reading Book Set to Facilitate Reading Skills and English Achievement for Students Prathomsuksa 6

Abstract
The purposes of this research were:1) to develop English instructional management base on 2w3p model by using “a little guide” Additional Reading Book to facilitate reading skills and English achievement for students Prathomsuksa 6 to gain efficiency criteria at 80/80, 2) to compare the students’ learning achievement before and after learning.3) To study reading skills of students that using “a little guide” Additional Reading Book to facilitate reading skills and English achievement by comparing with the criteria of 80 percent .4) to study of students’ satisfaction towards the development of English instructional management base on 2w3p model by using “a little guide” Additional Reading Book to facilitate reading skills and English achievement.. The research target group included 27 Prathomsuksa 6/4 students of Teassabal 5 (Ban Talad Kao), Muang district, Yala province, enrolled in the second semester of the 2016 academic year and selected by Cluster Random Sampling. The instruments used in this research were 1) lesson plans 2) A Little Guide Additional Reading Book 3) Learning Achievement Test 4) reading test and 5) satisfaction assessment form. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test dependent.
The research findings were as follows:
1) The efficiencies of the development of English instructional management base on 2w3p model by using “a little guide” Additional Reading Book to facilitate reading skills and English achievement for student’s Prathomsuksa 6 was 82.57/81.85, which was higher than the set criteria. (80/80)
2) The students’ achievement after learning with the development of English instructional management base on 2w3p model by using “a little guide” Additional Reading Book to facilitate reading skills and English achievement for students Pratomsuksa grade 6 was found to be different before and after learning, at the statistically significant level of .01
3) The Study of reading skills of students studying with the development of English instructional management base on 2w3p model by using “a little guide” Additional Reading Book to facil-itate reading skills and English achievement for students Prathomsuksa grade 6, compared to 80 percent criteria, it was found that 81.48 percent of students passed.
4) Students’ satisfaction with with the development of English instructional management base on 2w3p model by using “a little guide” Additional Reading Book to facilitate reading skills and English achievement for students Prathomsuksa grade 6 is included at the highest level ( = 4.67) and when considering each item, it is found that all items have the highest level of satisfaction.
