The Relationship between Leadership of Administrators and Effectiveness of Private Educational Institutions under Khon Kaen Province Vocational Education

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the leadership of private educational institution administrators, 2) to study the effectiveness of private educational institutions and 3) to study the relationship between the leadership of administrators and the effectiveness of private educational institutions under Khon Kaen Vocational Education. The sample group used in the research was educational institution administrators and teachers under Khon Kaen Vocational Education, with the total number of 242 people. The instrument used for collecting data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research results were found that:
1) Leadership of private educational institution administrators Overall, it was at a high level (= 3.68, S.D. =0.57). When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was task-oriented leadership. And the least aspect is participatory leadership. 2) Effectiveness of private educational institutions Overall, it was at a high level (= 3.68, S.D. =0.57) and develop educational institutions And the least aspect is the ability to develop students to have a positive attitude. 3) The relationship between administrators' leadership and the effectiveness of private educational institutions, in overall, was found that the relationship was at a high level (r = 0.809**) with statistical significance at .01 level and when considering each aspect, arranged in order of the relationship values from the highest level to the lowest level was the ability to develop students to have higher academic achievement (r = 0.700**), followed by the ability to solve problems within educational institutions (r = 0.692**), the ability to change and develop educational institutions (r = 0.644** ), the ability to develop students to have positive attitude (r = 0.633**).
