บทบาทภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 1

บทคัดย่อ

This research aims to 1) study and analysis of the current situation, problem, prefix and reinforce the role of quality assurance and 2) find the guidelines for reinforcing the role of quality assurance of small-sized schools. The sample group was school administrators under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were 92 peoples, the sample size was determined according to Craigie and Morgan's table and simple randomization. The research tool was a questionnaire. Which is a 5-level estimation scale, the discriminant power is between 0.39 - 0.76 and has a confidence value of 0.94. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results findings were as follows;

            1) The present condition of the educational quality assurance of small schools under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole is at a high level. 2) The approach of quality assurance of small-sized schools for school academic affairs management under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the guidelines are 1) Situational leadership style Command leader It was found that managers were able to develop analytical abilities and choose methods that were appropriate for the situation.2) Situational leadership style Support It was found that the executives should be given an opportunity to ask questions in order to clarify their operations.3) Situational leadership style Participation It was found that executives should always have meetings and discussions with their subordinates. and4) Situational leadership style Success-oriented It was found that the executives emphasized on formatting and formulating a concrete and concrete action plan.
