The Relationship between the use of Administrative Skill of School Administrators and Effectiveness of Work Performance of the Teachers in Thatoom School Network 4 under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: (1) To examine the use of administrative skills of school administrators of Thatoom School Network 4 under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; (2) To examine the effectiveness of work performance of the teachers in Thatoom School Network 4 under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and (3) To examine the relationship between the use of administrative skills of school administrators and effectiveness of work performance of the teachers in Thatoom School Network 4 under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.

The result of the research found that: (1) The use of administrative skills was performed by the school administrators of Thatoom School Network 4 under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at the high level in all aspects; (2) The effectiveness of work performance of the teachers in Thatoom School Network 4 under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was overall at moderate level; and (3) The relationship between the use of administrative skills of school administrators and effectiveness of work performance of the teachers in Thatoom School Network 4 under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was significantly at the .05 level.
