The Relationship Between Transformational Leadership Administrators of Schools and Academic Administration in Private Schools Under Samutsakhon Provincial Education Office

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis was to study 1) transformational leadership administrators of school in private schools under Samutsakhon Provincial Education Office. 2) The Academic  Administration in private schools under Samutsakhon Provincial Education Office.3) The relationship between transformational leadership administrators of school and Academic Administration in private schools under Samutsakhon Provincial Education Office. The samples consisted of 209 school teachers and administrators from 19 schools in private schools under Samutsakhon Provincial Education Office. The instrument for gathering the data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistical used to analyze the data by using descriptive statistics namely percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation ,and inferential statistics using the Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.

The results of the research were as follows:

1. 1. Transformational leadership administrators in private schools under Samutsakhon Provincial Education Office, as a whole, and as an individual, were at a high level. 2. The Academic Administration in private schools under Samutsakhon Provincial Education Office, as a whole, and as an individual, was at the highest level.3. There was a significant relationship between transformational leadership administrators of school and academic administration in private schools under Samutsakhon Provincial Education Office at .01 level.
