This academic article aims to analyze the digital ecosystem supporting sustainable student well-being by using a case study of public universities in the Republic of Singapore. Singapore has systematically integrated national-level policies with institutional strategies. This study draws on information from six public universities, including National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore Management University (SMU), Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), and Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) along with national policy frameworks such as the Digital for Life Movement and the Digital Wellbeing Indicator Framework (DWIF). The study proposes a three-tier ecosystem analysis model macro (policy), meso (institutional), and micro (student service). The findings indicate that Singapore has developed a holistic and continuous digital ecosystem that promotes sustainable student well-being. This model offers practical implications that could be adapted to the context of Thailand.
