Abstract

This research aims to synthesize the components of digital citizenship and identify the indicative behaviors of digital citizenship among high school students in Thailand, drawing insights from both domestic and international data sources, totaling 14 references. These sources were evaluated for suitability by five qualified experts. The synthesis revealed that digital citizenship comprises 10 components: 1) Digital Access, 2) Learning and Creativity, 3) Media and Information Literacy, 4) Ethics and Empathy, 5) Health and Wellness, 6) Identity Creations and Communications, 7) Civic Engagement, 8) Rights and Responsibilities, 9) Privacy and Security and 10) Consumer Awareness. Additionally, a total of 139 indicative behaviors were identified, encompassing cognitive domain, psychomotor domain and affective domain
