ผลของการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ประกอบการสอนต่อความรู้และทักษะการฝึกปฏิบัติการฉีดยาเข้าทางหลอดเลือดดำของนักศึกษาพยาบาลในรายวิชาการพยาบาลเบื้องต้น

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาผลของการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ประกอบการสอนต่อความรู้และทักษะปฏิบัติการฉีดยาเข้าทางหลอดเลือดดำของนักศึกษาพยาบาล และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อวีดิทัศน์ประกอบการสอนเรื่องการฉีดยาเข้าทางหลอดเลือดดำของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 2 มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 99 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) สื่อวีดิทัศน์ประกอบการสอนเรื่องการฉีดยาเข้าทางหลอดเลือดดำ 2) แบบทดสอบความรู้เรื่องการฉีดยาเข้าทางหลอดเลือดดำ 3) แบบประเมินทักษะการฉีดยาเข้าทางหลอดเลือดดำ และ 4) แบบประเมินระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test และ Fisher’s Exact Test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความรู้เรื่องการฉีดยาเข้าทางหลอดเลือดดำก่อนและหลังการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (Z=20.307, p<.001) ทักษะปฏิบัติการฉีดยาเข้าทางหลอดเลือดดำหลังการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์แตกต่างจากเกณฑ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (F=97.631, p<.001) 2) คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความพึงพอใจต่อการสื่อวีดิทัศน์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก พบว่า ด้านเนื้อหามีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ( = 4.31, S.D.=0.68)
