Abstract
ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were to study and compare the conditions of administration action plans for special education school under the super vision of the office of special education administration, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, The sample were administrators and teachers 118 persons. The instrument of research were a questionnaire and interview. The statistical analysis used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one way ANOVA.
Findings were as follows:
1. The conditions of the administration action plans for special education school under the super vision of the office of special education administration, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province as a whole and in all four steps found to be a high level sort by highest to lowest level were planning operations, preparation for planning, follow-up and evaluation, and executing the plan.
2. The comparison of the conditions of administration action plans for special education school under the super vision of the office of special education administration, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province classified by differed in position, differed in experience, and working at different schools as a whole In four aspects the conditions of administration found that was not difference.
