The objectives of this research are (1) to study the Students care system of the office of Secondary Educational Service Area 12 and (2) to compare the Students care system of the office of Secondary Educational Service Area 12 divided by personal factors included gender, marital status, and work experiences. The sample were 204 people including 17 people of executives, 17 people of homeroom teachers, and 170 people of guidance teachers of the office of Secondary Educational Service Area 12 The researcher used a sample of Taro Yamane and had a sample of 135 people who were 11 people of executives, 11 people of guidance teachers, and 113 people 0f homeroom teachers. The tool used in this research was a questionnaire which was conducted from texts, papers related research, and comprehensive questions divided into three sections. The statistics used in this research were frequency, average, percentage, S.D. t-test and F-test.
The findings were as follows:
1. The overall level of Students care system of the Office Secondary Educational Service Area 12 was at a high level ( = 4.05).
2. The comparison results of students care system of the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 12 divided by marital status and work experiences indicated that was the Students Care System Of Secondary Educational Service Area Office 12 for overall was different which was statistically significant at .05 levels. For gender aspect, it was not different.
