Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

           การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม   เขต 2 (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม   เขต 2  (4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ โดยใช้พฤติกรรมผู้นำเป็นตัวพยากรณ์  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน  109 คน   และครูผู้สอน จำนวน  173  คน  โดยใช้เกณฑ์ร้อยละ แล้วทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่ามี  5  ระดับ มีค่าจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.40 – 0.86  มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96  สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบสองทาง ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่าย ตามวิธีของเพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

              ผลการวิจัย  พบว่า (1) พฤติกรรมผู้นำกับการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษานครพนม   เขต  2  พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ความเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพและขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน มีพฤติกรรมไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) พฤติกรรมผู้นำโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูง พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (4) ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่นำมาวิเคราะห์ 6 ตัวแปร พบว่า มี 4 ตัวแปรย่อยที่สามารถพยากรณ์การบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทั้ง 4 ตัวแปร เมื่อพิจารณาตัวแปรพยากรณ์  ด้านคุณธรรม ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านนิติธรรม และด้านความคุ้มค่า เท่ากับ .83 หรือร้อยละ 68.70 มีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานในการพยากรณ์ เท่ากับ  .19

ABSTRACT

                   The purposes of this research were (1) to study the leadership Behavior Of School Administrations And  Based on Good Governance Principles in  the Basic   Educational  institutionsunder  the  Office  of  Nakhon Phanom Primary  Educational Service Area  2.(2) To compare  the coment school teacers with  research the leadership Behavior Of School Administrations And  Based on Good Governance Principles in  the Basic   Educational  institutionsunder  the  Office  of  Nakhon Phanom Primary  Educational Service Area  2 (3) To investigate the relationship between leadership behavior And  Based on Good Governance Principles in  the Basic   Educational  institutionsunder  the  Office  of  Nakhon Phanom Primary  Educational Service Area  2 (4) To create a predictive equation Administrations And  Based on Good Governance Principles in  the Basic   Educational  institutionsunder  the  Office  of  Nakhon Phanom Primary  Educational Service Area  2 by Leadership Behavior of School Administrations is to create a predictive equation,The  research samples were 109 Leadership of school and  173  school teachers fixing the size by percentages then selecting by stratified random sampling.The instrument was a five rating scale questionnaire, the leadership behavior questionnair with power between 0.40 – 0.86, the reliability coefficient of 0.96,

              The results were as follows :(1) Leadership Behavior of School Administrations And  Based on Good Governance Principles in  the Basic Educational institutions under the office of  Nakhon Phanom Primary  Educational Service Area 2 in all aspects were at the high level.(2) To compare leaders of school and school teachers with discrimination power marital and schools size the opinion to leadership behavior were not different.(3) The leadership behavior revealed the positive correlation in rather high level with administrations all size  in the basic Educational.(4)The six predict to analysis results were as  four  can administrations and based on good governance principles in the basic Educational.The significant statistically at level .01 all four the moral ,participation,rule of law,value as .83 or the predicting percentage of 68.70 and standard error as .19
