Abstract

This article aims to develop the advisor system and study plan management system and study the elationships that effect to performance of services and relationship management. By used to mixed research methodology among, developing method, quantitative method, and qualitative method. The samples are the advisor and students of the Faculty of Business Administration of Private University with 224 people, data collection by user system training and implementation, deep interview, and using questionnaires. Data analyze from the questionnaires by using statistics on the percentage, and consistency checked with information from the interview to ensure reliability and validity.


          The findings found that, the information system can support Working on an online database, and when real implementation it’s effect to service efficiency and help to relationship management between the advisor and students. Aable to convenience, support the information accuracy, rapid and easy to data finding, and help to reducing the error when compared with the old system of individual study plan that working by manual. The advisor can take benefit for advice the advisee to planning to enrollment registration more efficiency, enhancement to advice, reduce the conflict and complain, that positive effect and help to improved the relationship between advisor and students, and solve old problem from the past.
