การพัฒนาแนวทางส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ด้านการมีวินัยของนักเรียน ในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 4

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) study factors and indicators of guideline development on student’s desirable characteristics on discipline promotion (DCDP) at Opportunity Expansion Schools (OES) under UdonThani Primary Education Service Area Office 4, 2) study existing condition, desirable condition and existing guidelines towards DCDP, and 3) develop guidelines for DCDP at OES.

The study consisted of 3 phases: Phase 1- DCDP factor and indicator investigation, Phase 2- existing condition, desirable condition and existing guidelines towards DCDP studying, and Phase 3- DCDP guideline designing. The sample consisted of five experts for Phase 1 studying. In Phase 2, the sample was randomized 172stakeholders -school directors, teachers, heads of student affairs and guardians. In Phase 3, the sample was seven experts for DCDP guideline evaluation. The tools for this study were 5-rated scale questionnaires, interviewing forms and Suitability and Feasibility Evaluation Form (SFES). Percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation and Priority Analysis were used to analyze the obtained data.

Findings:

            1. The factors and indicators of DCDP at OES comprised seven aspects with 35 indicators.

            2. From the existing condition of DCDP under school directors, it was found that there was moderate average score as a whole while desirable condition with DCDP of the students under school directors was at high average score. The existing condition of DCDP under the teachers was at moderate average score as a whole while desirable condition with DCDP under the teachers was at the highest average score. The existing condition of DCDP under the heads of student affairs was at high average score as a whole and desirable condition with DCDP under the heads of student affairs was at high average score. The existing condition of DCDP under the guardians was at moderate average score as a whole while desirable condition with DCDP under the guardians was at high average score.

            3. The results of DCDP guideline evaluation for the OES was at high level of suitability and harmony as a whole while the feasibility of the DCDP guideline was at the highest level. Considering in many aspects, there were four sides with the highest level of suitability and three sides with high level while in aspects of harmony, there were three sides with the highest level and four sides with high level. According to the feasibility, there were four sides with the highest level and three sides with high level.
