Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the configuration and indicators of enhance teamwork of school’s administrator under udonthani educational service area office 4 2) to study current conditions, desirable conditions of the teamwork of school’s administrator under udonthani educational service area office 4 3) to study method enhance of teamwork of school’s administrator under udonthani educational service area office 4 4) to develop teamwork enhancement program for the school’s administrator under udonthani educational service area office 4. All these four purposes were implemented by using the three stages of research and developing process. The first stage is to study the configuration and indicators of enhance teamwork of school’s administrator under udonthani educational service area office 4. The informant were 5 professionals. The second stage is to study current conditions, desirable conditions of teamwork of school’s administrator under udonthani educational service area office 4. The samples were 113 school’s edacationals. They were selected by stratified random sampling. The third stage is the study method of teamwork of school’s administrator under udonthani educational service area office 4. to study need assessment of the enhance teamwork by interviews schools with 3 Best Practices management schools. The four stage is the study of the teamwork enhancement program’s. This was done by 7 specialists. The data were collected by questionnaire, assessment form, and interviewing.
The findings are as follows:
1. The configuration and indicators of enhance teamwork of school’s administrator under udonthani educational service area office 4 was invented by six elements and 22 indicators
2. The current condition of the teamwork of school’s administrator under udonthani educational service area office 4 is at high level. In addition, high level was shown in every aspect. However, desirable conditions of the teamwork of school’s administrator is at the most level. In addition, the most level was shown in every aspect.
3. The method of enhance the teamwork of school’s administrator under udonthani educational service area office 4 is The methodologies of using this teacher teamwork were self-study, search, brainstorming, study tour and the job learning.
4. The developed teamwork enhancement program was invented by 8 elements : 1) rational and background of the program 2) the objectives of the program 3) the gold of the program 4) the methodology. There were three steps of program development: 1) preparation 2) development 3) assessment 5) the content and significance of the program. 5) program structure (57 hours of program development) 6) the content of the program. This enhancement teamwork program consists of three learning units 7) The tool developed teamwork enhancement program. and 8) program assessment and manual. The evaluation result of teamwork enhancement program for the school’s administrator under udonthani educational service area office 4 is found that has suitability in the most level, and probability in the most level.
