Abstract

ABSTRACT


The purpose of this research was to study was  to study the Creation of Participatory Network of school  under Education Department of Bangkok Metropolis  and  study on the condition and problem on the Creation of Participatory Network of school  under Education Department of Bangkok Metropolis in  4  aspects  1) cooperating with other private and governmental organizations, (2) seeking  cooperation with other private and governmental organizations, (3) providing community service and development, and  (4) distributing the report of school performance to the public, Classification by classroom of school.


                    The sample were 205 of school administrators under Education Department of Bangkok Metropolis. The instrument was questionnaires 5-level rating scale  of Likert. The data were analyzed by statistics of percentage, Mean, standard deviation.


                    Results revealed that : 1.  The Creation of Participatory Network of school  under Education Department of Bangkok Metropolis as a whole was at high level. When considering in each aspect it was found that providing community service and development  at the highest level, followed by distributing the report of school performance to the public and  cooperating with other private and governmental  organizations. The lowest mean was seeking  cooperation with other private and governmental organizations.  2.  The problem of the school network are the time, opinion and the economic status. The suggestion is  that appoiinment  should 


be arranged in advance by concidering the students benefit and the president of the network must be a neutral person.
