ความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาศาสนศึกษา

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจความความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาและบัณฑิต ที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาศาสนศึกษา วิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2555  บัณฑิตปี พ.ศ. 2555 นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 และ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 121 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาระดับความพึงพอใจโดยคิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผลการประเมินหลักสูตรในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.82) และผลการประเมินรายด้าน มีดังนี้

     1. ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต อยู่ในระดับมาก ( =  3.83) 2) ด้านโครงสร้างหลักสูตรผลการหาค่าเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.84)  3) ด้านเนื้อหาที่เปิดสอนในหลักสูตร ซึ่งผลการหาค่าเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.70) 4) ด้านคุณสมบัติผู้เข้ารับการศึกษาผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.26) 5) ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอนในภาพรวมของหลักสูตร ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.78) 6) ด้านคุณสมบัติของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.73) 7) ด้านการให้บริการของหน่วยงานสนับสนุน ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.58) 8) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.87)  9) ด้านกิจกรรมนักศึกษาและการพัฒนานักศึกษา ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.77) 10) ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.81) 11) ด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ของหลักสูตร ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.95) และ 12) ด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.82)

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the students of 2^nd 3^rd  4^th year students and graduates in academic year 2012’s satisfaction toward  Bachelor of Arts Program in Religious Studies, college of Religious Studies, Mahidol  University,  in 12 aspects in term of academic administration. The research used questionnaire as a tool.  Samples of the research were gathered by simple random sampling. They consisted of 121 people which were classified as follows:- Final year students, graduates, third and second year students.  Data processing and data analysis were processed through the computer software for the desired statistic results as mean and standard deviation. 

The research results revealed that: total program evaluation was found at the high level (=3.82) and program evaluation in 12 aspects was found as follows:

Program’ objective was at the high level (= 3.83). The credits according to the curriculum outline were satisfactory at the high level (3.84).  The courses and contents were satisfactory at the high level   (= 3.70). The qualifications of applicants was at the high level (= 4.26). Instructors were at the high level ( = 3.78). Advisors performance was at the high level (= 3.73). Staff’s services were at the high level  ( = 3.58). The process of learning   management and curriculum administration were at the high level (= 3.87). Students development activities were at the high level (= 3.77). Measurement and evaluation were at the high level   (= 3.81). Output evaluation of the program was at the high level (= 3.95). Educational assurance was at the high level (= 3.82)
