การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาผู้ดูแลเด็กด้านการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้สำหรับปฐมวัยศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพธิ์ไทร อำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการพัฒนาผู้ดูแลเด็กด้านการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ ระดับปฐมวัยศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพธิ์ไทร 2) เพื่อหาแนวทางพัฒนาผู้ดูแลเด็กด้านการจัดประสบการณ์ การเรียนรู้ระดับปฐมวัยศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพธิ์ไทร และ 3) เพื่อติดตามและประเมินผลการพัฒนาครู ผู้ดูแลเด็กด้านการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้สำหรับปฐมวัยศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพธิ์ไทร อำเภอ ดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร

กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้ดูแลเด็ก จำนวน 9 คน กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย ได้แก่ หัวหน้าศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำนวน 3 คน ผู้ดูแลเด็ก 5 คน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล 4 คน โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นวางแผน ขั้นปฏิบัติ ขั้นสังเกตและขั้นสะท้อนผล โดยดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสังเกต แบบประเมินแผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้สำหรับปฐมวัยและแบบนิเทศการจัดประสบการณ์การณ์เรียนรู้และแบบทดสอบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าที (t test)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพและปัญหาการพัฒนาผู้ดูแลเด็กด้านการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้สำหรับปฐมวัยศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์การ บริหารส่วนตำบลโพธิ์ไทร พบว่า สภาพการจัดประสบการเรียนรู้ ผู้ดูแลเด็กขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ระดับปฐมวัย จึงทำให้ไม่สามารถจัดการเรียนสบการณ์การรู้ระดับปฐมวัยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งผู้ดูแลเด็กทั้งหมดมีความต้องการที่จะพัฒนาตนเอง ด้านการจัดประการเรียนรู้ระดับปฐมวัยทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ

2. วิธีการพัฒนาครูผู้ดูแลเด็กด้านการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้สำหรับปฐมวัยศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์การ บริหารส่วนตำบลโพธิ์ไทรพบว่า การอบรมเซิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม การนำแผนการจัดประสบการณ์ไปใช้ และการนิเทศภายใน เป็นแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนาผู้ดูแลเด็กด้านการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้สำหรับปฐมวัย

3. การติดตามและประเมินผลการพัฒนาครูผู้ดูแลเด็กด้านการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้สำหรับปฐมวัยศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพธิ์ไทร พบว่า

3.1 จากการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ พบว่า ก่อนการอบรมกลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยมีคะแนน Pre-Test ร้อยละ 47.11 หลังจากการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ในการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้สำหรับปฐมวัย ร้อยละ 81.78 โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

3.2 จากการนำแผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ไปใช้ พบว่า ผู้ดูแลเด็กสามารถเขียนแผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้สำหรับปฐมวัย โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

3.3 จากการนิเทศภายใน ผู้ดูแลเด็กสามารถจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ ส่งผลให้เด็กปฐมวัยมีพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the states and problems of child caress' development in learning experience management for early childhood at Development Center for Early Childhood under Pho Sai sub­district Administration Organization, 2) to find a guideline in developing child cares in learning experience management at Development Center for Early Childhood under Pho Sai sub-district Administration Organization, and 3) to follow up and evaluate the development of child cares in learning experience management for early childhood under Pho Sai sub-district Administration Organization, Dontan district, Mukdahan Province. The target group consisted of nine child cares. Participatory action research was used for the study consisting of 4 stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The study was conducted in two cycles. The instruments used were interview forms, tests, observation forms, evaluation forms for learning experience management plan for early childhood and supervision forms for learning experience management. The statistics used for data applied for analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.

The findings were as follows :

1. All the child cares lacked knowledge and understanding in the process of learning experience management and they could not manage learning experience for early childhood effectively.

2. The suitable guideline for developing child cares in learning experience management consisted of a participatory action workshop training, use of learning experience planning and internal supervision.

3. The follow-up and evaluation of the child cares' development in learning experience management showed the following results :

3.1 The first workshop of the Research Training Group Pre-Test score of 47.11 percent after the workshop. The participants with knowledge and understanding of the learning experience for early childhood as a whole is 81.78 per cent as at a high level.

3.2 The child cares' were able to write their learning experience plans for early childhood. The suitability of the plans was at a high level.

3.3 Through internal supervision the child cares' were able to manage learning experience that improved the early childhood's learning behavior to a high level of suitability.
