Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study of Classroom Management of Pre- school teachers in DLIT classrooms under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 2. The informant group consisted of the director, teacher education institution, teachers and Contract Teachers. Of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office, 15teachers who are the government teachers with their teaching experience more than 5 years. It was found that the leading change,The teacher defines a paradigm by managing the course and modifies the learning management approach. The design of standard learning management Teachers have designed a learning management plan that can be used to improve the effectively manage of the learning. On Information Technology Center (ICT), teachers can use information technology for searching and teaching international students. All teachers have their own research work as a basis for developing curriculum. Teachers use learning activities to focus on positive discipline for the students.These improvements have shown better problem solving and positive responses in students.
