บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบลักษณะประชากรศาสตรกับความพึงพอใจในการเลือกใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน Google Maps ของบุคลากรและนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต และ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการเลือกใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน Google Maps ของบุคลากรและนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามออนไลน์จากบุคลากรและนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบไม่อาศัยความน่าจะเป็น และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก จำนวน 417 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย การทดสอบความแตกต่าง และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 25 ปี สถานภาพโสด ระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี และมีสถานะเป็นนักศึกษา ความพึงพอใจในการใช้งาน Google Maps โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 3.83, S.D. = 0.847) โดยด้านประโยชน์และด้านการใช้งานมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด (   = 3.84) รองลงมาคือด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ (   = 3.83) และด้านรูปแบบการนำเสนอ (  = 3.82) ผลการทดสอบความแตกต่างพบว่า เพศ อายุ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ตำแหน่งงาน และใบอนุญาตขับรถส่วนบุคคล มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) ต่อความพึงพอใจในบางด้าน ขณะที่สถานภาพและระดับการศึกษาไม่แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ นอกจากนี้ ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณพบว่า อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงาน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และใบอนุญาตขับรถส่วนบุคคล มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจในบางด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) โดยด้านความน่าเชื่อถือได้รับอิทธิพลจากปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลมากที่สุด ซึ่งผลการวิจัยสะท้อนว่า ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งาน Google Maps อยู่ในระดับมาก และปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลบางประการมีความสัมพันธ์และมีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจ โดยเฉพาะมิติด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ ทั้งนี้ข้อค้นพบสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาข้อมูลสถานที่และการยกระดับประสบการณ์ใช้งานให้สอดคล้องกับกลุ่มผู้ใช้ที่แตกต่างกันได้
