References and Reference Documents

Citations are in-text citations using the author-date system (author's name, year of publication) or the APA7 (America Psychological Association Style) system.

Example:

Watson, H. (2018). Artificial Intelligence in Management. AI Press.

Reference documents should list the documents used as the primary source for research and analysis in this report. They should be listed alphabetically. For Thai-language articles, the Thai-language references should begin with the Thai-language references, followed by the English-language references. The format for writing reference documents is as follows:
