The Condition of Information Technology for Knowledge Management of School Under Amnatcharoen Primary Education Service Area Area

Abstract

            The objectives of this research are 1) to study the use of information technology for knowledge management in basic educational institutions; Under the jurisdiction of the Amnat Charoen Primary Educational Service Area Office. 2) to compare the use of information technology for knowledge management in basic educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of the Amnat Charoen Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by position, work experience and size of educational institution. 3) to study guidelines for using information technology for knowledge management in basic educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of the Amnatcharoen Primary Educational Service Area Office
the sample used in the research included 47school administrators and 280 teachers, totaling 327peoples, using
a simple random sampling method. Samples were defined using Krejci and Morgan's ready-made tables. Target groups used in qualitative research include: six educational institution administrators and teachers were selected through purposive selection. The tool used were 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability for the entire version equal to .96and a structured interview form. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation,
t-test, F-test and difference test using Scheffe's method.

               The reserch findings were as follows.

1. Use of information technology for knowledge management in basic educational institutions under
   the jurisdiction of the Amnatcharoen Primary Educational Service Area Office overall, it is at a high level.
2. Comparison of the use of information technology for knowledge management in basic educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Amnatcharoen Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by position,
   it was found that overalls they were different. Statistically significant at the .01 level. Classified by educational institution size, it was found that overalls they were different. Statistically significant at the .01 level. As for classification by work experience, it was found that overalls there were no differences.
3. Guidelines for using information technology for knowledge management in basic educational institutions under the Amnatcharoen Primary Educational Service Area Office, it was found that in creating and seeking knowledge should be encouraged to receive training to develop the use of technological media. To use educational technology to create and acquire knowledge. To have educational resources so that they can access a variety of information and be able to use the information for maximum benefit. Educational institutions have created Big Data databases to store data to make it easy and convenient to use. Teachers and educational personnel should be encouraged to develop the use of information technology in their work in the office and in the classroom and the exchange and sharing
   of knowledge.
