Proactive Leadership of School Administrators Under the Kanchanaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office

This research aims to study and compare the proactive leadership of school administrators Under the Kanchanaburi Secondary Education Service Area Office. Classified by gender, work experience and school size.
The samples consisted of 306 teachers in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Office Kanchanaburi obtained by stratified random sampling according inter-campus. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity 1.00 and a reliabilityof .99. The statistics used in to the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance and test the pairwise mean difference by Scheffe's method with a statistical significance level at .05.
The research findings were as follows.
- The proactive leadership of school administrators Under the Kanchanaburi, there are opinions at a high level. When considering each side, it was found that the side with the opinion is at the most level. Sort in the average order from high to low, namely the imagination and self-knowledge for the aspect with a high level of opinion is the judgment and independent commitment
2. A comparison of proactive leadership among school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office in Kanchanaburi, categorized by gender, found no significant differences overall or in specific aspects. When comparing proactive leadership based on work experience, there were no significant overall differences. However, in specific aspects, significant differences were observed in imagination and self-awareness. When categorized by school size, no significant differences were found either overall or in specific aspects. Teachers with more than 10 years of experience perceived school administrators as having higher proactive leadership compared to those with less than 5 years of experience.
