The Relationship Between Creative Leadership of School Administrators and Teamwork of Teachers Under The Secondary Education Service Area Office Sisaket Yasothon

Abstract

This research has the objective to study the level of creative leadership of school administrators according to perception of teachers. Study the level teamwork of teachers under the secondary education service area office Sisaket Yasothon. and studying the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and teamwork of teachers under the secondary education service area office Sisaket Yasothon. The sample group used in this study is representative of the population. teachers in educational institutions Under the the secondary education service area office Sisaket Yasothon totaling 346 people. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table and obtained through multi-stage sampling. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. The questionnaire has a reliability coefficient of 0.98. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient. 

The result findings were as follows.

1. School administrators in the Sri Saket-Yasothon Secondary Education Service Area, as perceived by teachers, generally exhibit a high level of creative leadership. The aspect of team management received the highest rating.
2. Teachers in schools under the Sri Saket-Yasothon Secondary Education Service Area, overall, demonstrate a high level of teamwork. The aspect of respect and acceptance received the highest rating.
3. The relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and teamwork of teachers under the secondary education service area office Sisaket Yasothon was rated at the high positive correlation for overall aspect and was presented statistical significance at 0.01.
