The Path – Goal Theory Leadership of School Administrators that Affect the Effectiveness of Educational Institutions under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

This research has the objective to study 1) To study the level of leadership and the goals of educational institution administrators. Under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 2) Effectiveness level of the educational institution Under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 3) Study the relationship between the leadership goals of school administrators and the effectiveness of the school. Under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 4) to create an equation for predicting the leadership style and goals of school administrators that affect the effectiveness of the school. Set the size of the school to be proportional to the grade. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient.

The result findings were as follows:

3. Leadership is the goal of educational institution administrators in all 4 areas, namely: commanding Support side Participation and achievement It has a relationship with the effectiveness of educational institutions.
