The Relationship Between Educational Institution Administrators Characteristics and Teachers Job Satisfaction in Educational Institutions under the Jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani primary Educational Service Area Office Area 2

Abstract

The research has the objective 1) to study the level of characteristics of educational institution administrators, 2) to study the level of job satisfaction of teachers in educational institutions, and 3) to study the relationship between the characteristics of educational institution administrators and satisfaction. In the work of teachers in educational institutions Under the jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, the sample group used in this study was teachers in educational institutions Under the jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, academic year 2023, number of 310 people. Obtained by stratified random sampling and proportional to the size of the educational institution. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire with content validity from 5 experts. Questions with an IOC value of 0.60 and above were obtained and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.98. Statistics used in data analysis were: Percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient values.

The result findings were as follows.

1. Educational institution administrators Under the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 overall has the highest level of characteristics. (= 4.52, S = .59) 
2. Teachers in educational institutions Under the jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, overall they are satisfied with their work. at the highest level. (= 4.72, S = .40)  
3. The relationship between educational institution administrators' characteristics and teachers' job satisfaction in educational institutions. Under the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, it was found that overall there was a high level of positive relationship in all aspects. Significant at the .01 level.
