Operation Based on Basic Education Standards of the Schools under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of the research were to study and compare the operation based on the basic education standards of the schools under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by the education areas. The samples used in the research were school administrators and teachers in the schools under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in a total of 311 people. They were randomized by stratified random sampling. The instrument used to collect data was a five-rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of .98. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and pair comparison by using Sheffe's Method.

The research findings were as follows.

1. The operation based on the basic education standards of the schools under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the overall was at a high level. When each aspect was considered, the findings showed that the aspects operated with the highest and the lowest levels were the administration and management process and the students’ quality, respectively. The operation with the high level was the learning management process that focused on the learners.
2. The comparison of the operation based on the basic education standards of the schools under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by the education areas in the overall was found that the operation in the different areas was not different with the statistical significance at the level of .05.
