Conditions and Problems of Using Accounting Software in Ubon Ratchathani Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study and compare the level of opinions about the conditions and problems of using accounting software program in Ubon Ratchathani Province. By gender, age, education, job title, work experience and training to use accounting software. The research instruments were 400 questionnaires and the statistics used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One way ANOVA. The results revealed that: 1) the conditions and problems of using the accounting software program were at a moderate level. The lowest average was technology related to accounting software. The most problematic operations of the business were the inefficient network and data transmission system 2) when comparing different personal characteristics by gender, there was no difference in opinions on the conditions and problems of using the accounting software program. Besides, when classified by age, education level, working experience and training on accounting software program found the statistically significant different opinions on status and problems of using accounting software programs.
