Investigating Elements and Indicators of Grit on College Student Acting, National Institute of Development Administration, Ministry of Culture

This research aimed to investigate elements and indicators on Grit of college student acting, National Institute of Development Administration, Ministry of Culture. The sample consisted of 1,947 grade 10 to 12 students in acting college, National institute of development administration, Ministry of culture obtained by stratified random sampling technique. The research instruments were documents, researches and the data from 5 key experts through in-depth interview as well as a set of elements and indicators on Grit of students in acting college questionnaire. The data were analyzed through the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The research results revealed that the elements and indicators on Grit of students in acting college, National institute of development administration, Ministry of culture, showed that the first was Passion with 5 indicators including faith, commitment, strong desire, enthusiasm and motivation achievement and the second was Perseverance with 4 indicators including tolerance, effort, assertive, and ability to break through barriers.
